About Sebastian Musial
Sebastian Musial was born and raised in Wroclaw (Poland), a city founded some 1000 years ago. Surrounded by medieval churches and modern buildings, Sebastian learned to find the extraordinary in the everyday world. When he was about to enter high school, he got his very own camera. A used Russian Zenit may not have been state of the art, but it allowed Sebastian to pursue his fascination with photography and share what he saw with others.
Shortly after turning sixteen, Sebastian and his family moved to Chicago. Even before the big move, Sebastian's parents instilled in him the love of travel. After many family trips to various National Parks, he was ready to take the world on his own. After his sophomore year in college, he took his latest camera and ventured out on a 30-day camping trip around Spain and Portugal, with his teenage sister in tow. There was no stopping him now and he has since brought his images back from 6 continents. Stay tuned for when he gets to photograph the 7th!
It's been a long time since Sebastian's first Russian camera. Nowadays, his talents are amplified by high quality equipment to produce one of a kind prints. In addition to architecture photography, Sebastian's interests include nature and wildlife, macro, as well as portraits. His art can be purchased directly from his online gallery at www.sebastianmusial.com. The images can be printed on various fine art papers, canvas, and acrylic. Framed images are also offered for convenient gift-giving.
